Parts

Larger parts will be handled with a Just in time method.  An initial estimation or quote for the required parts will be raised on behalf of the customer with the supplier, parts will be paid for by the customer and upon delivery inventoried to the job, which will then be scheduled for completion.  This system requires minimal to no parts storage while reducing parts handling.


Overhaul components will be handled in a similar manner with quotations and costings of the overhaul work being relayed directly to the customer, preferably by having the customer and the overhaul supplier communicating directly.  Mediation of technical matters and cost benefits during the overhaul is always available if required.


Accessory parts for installation such as winches, DBS, solar, tyre or jerry holders, and diesel heaters will generally be handled by identifying the required items from an online source having the customer pay for the parts and having them delivered (either to location or to a local address for pickup) or picking them up on the customers behalf for transportation to the job location.


Customer provided parts will be fitted as requested,  as the kit is provided, with limitations on warranty works.


Routine Service and repair parts will not be limited to OEM or single point distributors, non specialist items such as filters, door seals, wiper blades, generic fixings or fixtures, gauges, hoses, lights, bearings, seals and belts that can be sourced at suitable quality through a local supplier of a chain distributor or specialist will in most cases be procured with preference paid in order to location, reliability availability and cost
